American Idol/The Voice contestant Frenchie Davis released a new single to world recently. Her new song and video “Love’s Got a Hold On Me” is going to take the Dance charts by storm. Frenchie has been a busy girl performing in several Broadway shows in NYC including Rent and Ain’t Misbehavin. I’m so happy to see her doing her thing. I am a fan! It’s pretty good. I could hear this on someone’s soundtrack or in being played in the club. Take a listen and tell me what you think.

Frechie has lungs and great pitch. It’s difficult to tell how “Love’s Got a Hold On Me” will place on the charts. It good get some play in the clubs. I am not a fan of all the techno music though.
I totally agree. I don’t know how the song will place on the charts, but she can definitely sing. I felt the same way about the techno. Yes, it was different, but I don’t think it was Frenchie.
