Challenges to Accept


How do you chose which challenges to accept?

I’ve been thinking a lot about goals and things I would like to do with my life. I’ll be honest, though. The reason I’ve been thinking about them is that I feel like I’m failing at this life thing. Not in ways people see from the outside, but in the ways I feel about myself. I don’t think I’ve been doing a good job of listening to the things I want and then making them happen.


I ran upon the following quote: 

“I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.
”  – Tony Robbins

It made me think about the challenges to accept and I decided to share a few of them with you:

  • Meet new people.
  • Learn something new.
  • Do some sort of workout consistently.
  • BE present everyday.
  • Get more sleep.
  • Take pictures….more pictures.
  • Try not to worry…everything will be ok.
  • Cut down on spending or spend wiser.
  • Mediate daily
  • Find my passion + pursue MY dreams.
  • Do what I say I am going to do.

These aren’t all the challenges I have, but these are certainly the ones I need want to focus on.  I’d love to take a look at the challenges you’re accepting so please feel free to comment below!


  1. I would like to mediate daily. When I do, I find that my spirit is in a better place, and the day doesn’t seem so stressful.
